J.J. Feregrino – President and CEO

  J.J. Feregrino draws upon nearly 20 years of strong and diverse management experience in developing strategic operating plans, business modeling, and personnel training and development through the large number of businesses under his command. J.J. oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, maintains clear communication, and provides direction to all key personnel in order to achieve company goals and objectives. He is responsible for customer service and satisfaction and interfaces directly with Renown Technology clients to develop methods to address individual client needs and improve relationships. 


Jason Hamilton – Vice President

  Jason Hamilton brings over 20 years of Enterprise-level IT experience to Renown Technology, where he oversees all technical aspects of the organization and determines the strategic direction, development, and implementation of Renown Technology's information technology services and functions as they apply both internally and to its clients. Jason Hamilton’s previous experience includes overseeing the design, development, and implementation of help desks and call centers for SMBs. 


William Donaldson – IT Director/Admin

  William Donaldson brings over 10 years of IT experience to Renown Technology, where he performs the day-to-day operations that makes the company able to effectively support its customers. William Donaldson, a U.S. Air Force veteran, holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a master’s degree in cybersecurity. William also holds the following credentials: Google IT Support Specialization, IBM Cybersecurity Fundamentals, IBM Project Management Fundamentals, IBM Explore Emerging Tech, IBM Professional Skills, Fortinet NSE 1 Network Security Associate, NSE 2 Network Security Associate, and NSE 3 Network Security Associate. 


Our History

While we just began to provide traditional MSP services to clients outside of our main office building, we have been providing a wide range of IT services to various companies for over 10 years, including Keyless Entry Remote Fob, We Buy Key Fobs, We Buy and Sell Key Fobs, Key Fob Mall, and various organizations under MLM Realty. We have a long history of meeting our 100% SLA requirement and have overcome numerous challenges such as COVID-19’s impact on the industry, all while ensuring our clients have the best possible experience with our services. Now, we look toward the future, and that future is quite bright.
